The City of Minneapolis Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED) commissioned me to collect and catalog interviews with downtown visitors, residents, and workers. I engaged individuals and groups asking specific questions about their experiences and activities in and around downtown Minneapolis. I turned what could otherwise have been dry data into an artfully-crafted series of photo stories and videos that added authenticity and visual appeal to the City’s proposal.

“HOM's work captured the ideas community members had for public amenities in downtown Minneapolis and was directly incorporated into the City’s policy document. Your contributions were significant, and led us to a much different place had we not had the opportunity to collaborate with you. We are especially proud of this work.”

Lacy Shelby, Principal Urban Designer, City of Minneapolis CPED
